The staff were very friendly and helpful every day. My room provided a beautiful view and was notably large and very clean. I especially liked the comfortable bed that ensured restful nights .

I found the beachwalk access was blocked, so I could not walk directly into Lamai. The walk required navigating a scary narrow road to get to the closest shop.

The reception staff provided helpful service. I got a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful sea view. The hotel offers scooter rental directly on site. It was very convenient. The beach was combed every day.

The breakfast options were not extensive, I expected more. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. The hotel wanted to add a 10% surcharge for credit card payments without prior notice. This was not ideal.
